Grizzlies Hibernate in Second Half, Suns Win 10th Straight

The new look Memphis Grizzlies, under the tutelage of new head coach Tony Barone, wanted to run, and the Suns obliged and dominated the second half for a ridiculous 137-122 win. During the first quarter the Grizzlies set the pace of the game and the Suns kept within striking distance despite lights out shooting from the home team. Then, in the second quarter, the Suns put it into sixth gear, one the Grizzlies didn’t even know existed, and racked up 44 points to dwarf the Griz’s 37, which I’m sure they were pretty happy with.
The Suns went into the half with 76 points, up by four points. The second half was all Suns. You cannot ask the Suns to play their game and beat them at it. They are much better conditioned and much more apt to score tons of points. The Grizzlies are [...]
