The Suns Outclass Knickerbockers
The Suns heart the New York Knicks, until they defeat and cripple them. The Suns had a good competitive game on their hands in the first half, Curry was unstoppable and the energy just wasn’t there. They were playing uninspired, lethargic ball until a (probable) Nash tirade in the locker room at halftime that gave them the mental cojones to come out and take care of business like an elite team should for the win 112-107. I missed the first half because fo time difficulties but I’d rather not have seen Stay Puft Curry doing his best Shaq impersonation.
Still, Curry’s, or “mittens’” as one Knicks fan likes to call him, best impersonation still only grabbed four rebounds in the loss despite his scoring spree. He was later neutralized and then went out with an injury late in the game.
