Chris Sheridan is naming the players that should be traded and the players that may be traded (sorry, it’s an Insider article).  He lists Shawn Marion as one of the players who probably won’t be traded and shouldn’t be traded.  But it confused me when he said this:

“A couple of years ago after Robert Sarver purchased the team, he actually wanted to trade Marion after a misunderstanding between the two, but was talked out of it.”

I had never heard of that.  Does anyone know what this is about or where I can read more about this?
