Is it a conspiracy?

Jason Kidd
I’m beginning to wonder whether it’s a conspiracy:  Fans vote for All-Star starters, coaches pick reserves, half of the reserves get “injuries” right before the All-Star game and the NBA has to get more reserves.

At first it just seemed like coincidence that so many of the players were hurt.  I mean you can’t really fake broken bones like with Yao and Boozer.  But it’s interesting that some of the other injuries are things you can’t really prove for sure.

Steve Nash - Shoulder Problem
Jason Kidd - Back Problem
Allen Iverson - Lingering Ankle Problem

Who’s next?

5 All-Stars out (that I’m aware of) and the All-Star Game is still 4 days away.  I wonder if there will be any more.
