Eric Byrnes attended the all-star game in a kayakThe 2007 MLB All-Star Game has just concluded and it’s time to review the Dbacks performance in the game.

The Good: Jose Valverde and Brandon Webb combined to give up no runs, no hits and walked no one.

The Bad: Neither Jose Valverde nor pitched in the game as LaRussa did his best Mike D’Anotoni impersonation and left both on the bench. On top of that the one Dback who did get in the game went 0-1 with a strikeout and a walk.

The Ugly: Eric Byrnes performance in the kayak. He started off his night by declaring the following:

“You don’t want to get in a fight with me out here guys…I’m pretty intense tonight”

Luckily nothing came close to the bay and none of his fellow kayakers had to deal with EB venting his frustration about being snubbed and not making the NL team.

width="110"Also on this list is EB’s dog. We haven’t seen such a miss guided diving attempt at a ball by someone associated with the Dbacks since David Dellucci.
Also did anyone else think Byrnsie had drown his dog or at the very least lost him when he jumped in the bay?
Don’t feel too bad EB at least you got the most camera time out of any of the Dbacks there.
