The Westgate Coffee Plantation is located by Fountain Park (famous for it’s lion statues) in the center of the Westgate entertainment area, open every day from 8AM to 8PM (Thursday-Sunday open late, see hours below).

It is a bright and clean place (fully equipped with his and hers restrooms), with lots of windows to see all that may be going on around outside. There are plenty of tables and chairs inside where it is cool in the summer an warm in the winter, as well as on the outside patio (because it’s fabulous to sit outside most of the year here in Glendale AZ) and free wireless internet too!

Though you will not find a full menu at this Coffee Plantation as with some other Phoenix and Scottsdale AZ locations, there are always pastries, bagels, yogurt, fruit cups, and other breakfast eats in the morning, and cookies and goodies, including gelato, for the afternoon and evening crew.

They serve a whole variety of (you guessed it) coffee, coffee drinks (hot and cold) as well as ice teas, Italian Soda, juices, and other beverages to quench your thirst. The Plantation Rolo, a chocolate carmel combo drink is one of the most popular Coffee Plantation original drinks, but Mocha Monkey Mind Freeze comes in a close second. I am a big fan of their mochas, which I will sip while I get online and do a little work while at the same time watching my kids play on the grassy area there at Fountain Park.

The location is great because it is so central to everything at Westgate. Friday and Saturday nights, you can enjoy the live music during Family Fun night at Fountain Park, while sitting on the pation. And for any of you tail-gaters or NFL fans who may be craving a cup of joe, you can literally walk across the street from the University of Phoenix (Cardinals) Stadium to Westgate, grab a cup, and head back without sacrificing a great parking place!

Whether you want to get a little work done, meet some friends, relax, or get your caffeine on before an NFL game, Super Bowl XLII, or other fun event, The Coffee Plantation at Westgate is a great place to do so.
