teamgold.jpgThe US National Team completed the job in Vegas and beat Argentina 118-81 (for the second time in a few days) in the FIBA 2007 FIBA Americas Final. You can check a recap and box score of the game at NBA.com or at the Tournament official website.

LeBron James was almost perfect in the game, scoring 31 points and shooting 11 for 15 including an impressive 8 of 11 from 3-point range; add to that STAT’s 7 points, 4 boards and 2 steals in just 15 minutes.

Speaking of , he played his solid part in the tournament averaging 11 points per game and almost 5 rebounds.

Everyone was satisfied with the results, and it should be a nice base on which to build next year’s Mission to Beijing.

Yours truly, Steve Fan
