Next Tuesday, September 18th we will be interviewing one of the NFL's great young receivers, Larry Fitzgerald. As part of our weekly podcast, Voice of the Cardinals, Larry will be joining us for about 20 minutes to discuss some of the things going on in the NFL, the Arizona Cardinals and other interesting topics that will be of great interest to both Cardinal fans and NFL fans in general.

While we can't promise we can use all the questions you might ask, we would like to offer you the chance as our readers to submit a question for us to include in our interview with Larry. We are planning on covering a broad range of topics, staying away from the routine and formulaic type questions every radio or media type asks, but hopefully giving Cardinals and Larry Fitzgerald fan's a chance to learn more about this great young star.

One of the biggest draw backs to being an Arizona Cardinal is the lack of attention the great players receive from the national media. It's just a function of the teams history of losing, a lack of PR efforts by the ownership and that Phoenix is not a major media market. A lot of fan's, writers and others don't know much about a guy like Larry Fitzgerald other then a few national mentions or if he makes the Pro-Bowl as he did in 2005, so we hope to use this opportunity to share some of the projects he is involved in with you, as well as get a better picture of this uniquely talented individual. Larry is not a Chad Johnson or Terrell Owen's type that seeks out the media and promotes himself, so to get this interview is going to be great.

It's a unique opportunity and one that we hope will be the first of many with members of the team, coaching staff and retired alumni of the team. We also encourage you to start listening to our new weekly podcast that will be available each week by linking here at our site, by going to Itunes or ideally through our page with MVN. com. We are working out the details to have it up and ready each Friday with a summary of the past weeks game, a preview of the up coming game, injury reports, inside news and unique interviews such as this one with Larry Fitzgerald. We already do a lot of podcasting so I think you'll like the quality of the production, even if you don't always agree with what we are saying!

However, if you can't listen, don't despair! We are going to do an extensive article and summary of the entire conversation here on the blog site so you can get every bit of it in writing and share it with other Cardinals fans.
