Josh Gratton is Out for Three Weeks

“He had a couple of tough fights, but that’s the way he plays, full of energy and fearless”

Wayne Gretzky, Arizona Republic

Josh Gratton is out for three weeks after he broke his left ring finger in the altercation with Sean O’Donnel in Sunday night’s game with the Anaheim Ducks.

The good news is that he is out for what looks like the rest of preseason and he should be able to return by the beginning of the regular season.

Gratton is one of those fearless competitors that helps his team play better, but losing him in the preseason is far better than losing him later when the games have more significance.
