Actually Steve, I believe he can walk after next season.
Greg's right - it's fairly disruptive to have a player on the roster who is not focused in the same direction as everyone else. Add to that - where's the bonus in letting him walk?

I just don't understand what his problem is. He is the highest paid player on the WHOLE team. I just don't get it. Shut up and play Marion. And....maybe the media is just blowing this think up.

Sorry but you can't keep him here now. He obviously isn't focused on winning and that should be the only goal for everyone on this team. Trade him before he becomes a huge distraction and causes major lockeroom issues.

I would not trade him for AK47, nor for Odom. I'll have him play out his contract. I think he still has 2 years to go at something like 16 million. Why don't you just shut up and play.

"I only like the deal for AK47, if we get Paul MIllsap too."

Yeah right. Jerry Sloan and the Jazz will let go of Millsap when hell freezes over. He's the perfect backup and eventual replacement for Boozer and he fits the organization's style and culture perfectly. In return the Jazz get an emotionally fragile Marion who will still be the third/fourth option on the team. I can't imagine him shining under the tender mercies of Jerry Sloan or the small lights of Utah. The only upside for the Jazz is that he fills a need at the small forward.
