Top 5 Freak Injuries In Honor Of Milton Bradley

Just like the title says, in honor of the freak way karma bit Milton Bradley in the ass we present to you the Top 5 Freak Injuries in sports.

5) Milton Bradley tearing ACL while arguing with Ump.
I know this list is in honor of Bradley but he sure has to make this list. This is possibly the oddest way to ever get hurt during a game for an athlete ever.

4) The Seattle Moose v. Coco Crisp
There was no real injury but the shear potential for injury when the Moose ran into Coco Crisp with an ATV on the field gives this a spot on our countdown. Honorable mention involving the Moose was when he ran into the wall and broke his leg some years back.

3) Bill Gramatica Celebrates Field Goal By blowing Out Knee
That’s right everyones favorite lonesome kicker makes the list. Bill blew out his knee jumping in celebration after he made a field goal in the first half of a meaningless game. He is the true example of “act like you’ve been there before”. This could only occur to a player on the Arizona Cardinals.

2) Gus Frerotte Head Butts Wall
How could you have a list of strange on field sports injuries without the great Gus Frerotte. In 1997 as a member of the Washington Redskins versus the Giants Freotte decided to celebrate a score by head butting the wall at Giant stadium. He was taken to the hospital with a jammed neck. Not only did it knock him silly but gave everyone a moment to remember him by, more so than anything else he did on the field.

1) Shaun Livingston’s Leg Gives Out
This one isn’t as funny as it is gross. This was the strangest injury on the list as he goes up for a layup and his leg decides to completely give out on the way down. For shire gross out factor this one takes the top spot
