I haven’t read it yet, but I listened to the press conferences and some of the commentary and filed a report for KPFA which I made into a podcast for the blog in slightly expanded form i.e. this version is almost 40 seconds longer.

There’s still a lot I left out. This is a very complicated issue because, according to what I heard all day, the evidence implicating various players in drug use varies from seemingly solid documentary evidence presented in appendices to the reports, to hearsay conversations. And if what Roger Clemens’ attorney Rusty Hardin said about about the conditions under which Brian MacNamee named Clemens and Pettite is true, Mr. MacNamee’s credibility is very impeachable.

So this mess is a long way from over. I’ll have more when I’m done reading the report. In the meantime, listen to the podcast, read the report, and post your comments here.
