Surprise to host Celebrity Flag Football Challenge Super Bowl Weekend
SURPRISE, AZ (November 9, 2007) ) Past and present NFL players will gather in Surprise the day before Super Bowl Sunday for the 6th annual Celebrity Flag Football Challenge- the official Flag Football Game Super Bowl weekend.

The Surprise Community and Recreation Services Department is pleased to host the event on Saturday, February 2, 2008, at the Surprise Recreation Campus. The challenge will be nationally broadcast on the Fox network.

Circle K presents the 6th annual Celebrity Flag Football Challenge, brought to you in part by Coca-Cola, Dr. Pepper and Budweiser. Attendees can watch active and retired NFL players in action and some select fans will have the opportunity to take part in player autograph sessions.

The Celebrity Flag Football game will be the featured event in the "Super Time Saturday in Surprise" day-long family sports and entertainment festival.

The day's events include:

• Circle K Celebrity Flag Football Challenge
• 3K Family Fun Run / Walk
• "AZ Going Deep" Flag Football Tournament
• Super Series Youth Baseball Tournament
• "SWOOP to the HOOP" 3 on 3 Youth Basketball Tournament
• USTA Tennis Tournament
• Sports Memorabilia & Trading Card Shows
• Halftime performances by Doug Flutie's Band – "The Flutie Brothers Band"
• Autograph Opportunities
• Interactive Kid Zone
• Mall Tour
• Live Entertainment
• Fireworks

Ticket Information
Tickets will be available at all Arizona Circle K stores and at the Surprise Community and Recreation Services Office, 15960 N. Bullard Avenue, starting December 1. Tickets are all general admission and will be $10 in advance and $15 day of the event. For more information call Community and Recreation Services at 623.222.2000.
