3 bedroom, 2 bath home available for rent during Super Bowl XLII and/or FBR Open. Located in Chandler 30 miles from University of Phoenix Stadium. 10 miles from Loop 101 & 202 freeways. 10 minutes from Chandler Mall and various restaurants (The Keg and Elephant Bar). Sleeping arrangements include 2 queen beds, one queen size sofa bed and one day bed in third bedroom which is currently used as an office (digital Internet connection available) ..
Continental breakfast items and a selection of snacks are included.
Rent for Super Bowl is $10,000 for week or $1,200 per day for any period less than 7 days. $3,000 refundable deposit due upon acceptance of lease.
For both events: Application and credit check will be required. Half payment due at time of booking to hold property (non-refundable), with balance being due 1 week prior to occupancy. All payments most be made in the form of cashiers check or money order.
