So Many Super Bowl XLII Parties, So Little Time
Have you seen the commercial about multitasking? You know the one where a person is doing something and there are 4 or 5 mini-me’s running around behind them. That what I need for Phoenix!! As all the events surrounding the Super Bowl reach out to me and this site, I can’t possibly be everywhere I want to be.
For example the first night we arrive is January 31st. Two events that have a lot of hype are the Best Damn Super Bowl Party and the 944 Super Village 6th year anniversary party. I would LOVE to go to both. Friday night you have the Leather & Lace event, and the MSM Big Game Bash. Again, two events I would love to go too. Saturday night you have the Playboy Party, the Penthouse Party, John Travolta’s Super Bowl Spectacular, Maxim, Kid Rocks’s Bash, and the Sky’s the Limit Bash. All start around 9:00pm and go to 2:00am.
Phoenix needs to extend the bar hours like in Miami. In Miami the bars were open until 6:00am!! You could go to a couple of parties each night taking in all sorts of different events.
If I have to choose, this is the game plan
Of course this will probably change 1000 times between now and January 31st. But here we go:
Thursday -Arrive Glendale about 6:00pm, check-in, off to the 944 Super Village Bash!
Friday Morning Radio Tour starting at 6:00am Phoenix time …this could be tough. (Read more about Super Bowl Mike’s Radio Tour here.)
GOLF, GOLF and more GOLF Friday During the Day. Friday night, MSM Big Game Bash. The problem here is two more friends land in Phoenix at 9:00pm. They can find a cab and meet us at the part!!
Saturday Hmmm maybe some more GOLF! Saturday night looks like I’ll choose the Penthouse Desire Super Party with Snoop Dogg. We had such a great time at the Penthouse Party in Miami I can’t pass this one up!
Sunday If the stars align and the Football Gods are looking down on me I will be getting ready to attend Super Bowl XLII. If not, we will be up around 9:00am and heading down toward the stadium. We will scout out the closest bar and lay claim to our table closest to the bar and the big screen tv.
Monday Back to the airport, SLEEP, SLEEP and more SLEEP. Hopefully I don’t miss my flight or my connecting flight!!!!
Now to start working on tickets for all these events. That’s the problem with traveling with a group of 6 people. Should it be everyman (and one woman) for themselves????
If you want to make my life more difficult, invite us to your event! Shoot me an e-mail at superbowlmike@azsuperbowlblog.com
