Nash’s season high 37 points lead Suns past Bucks.
(AP Photo/Morry Gash) Steve Nash scored a season-high 37 points (13-of-23 from the field, 4-of-7 from 3-point) to lead the Suns past the Bucks in Milwaukee 114-105. Of course, Steve added the usual 10 assists in the making.
On the night Grant Hill came back to the starting line-up, after missing a couple of weeks with appendicectomy, the Suns came back themselves in the fourth quarter. Phoenix overcame a fourth quarter deficit (86-77 Bucks early in the period) led by Nash, Bell and Marion, to beat the Bucks. The Suns outscored the Bucks 37-22 in the forth quarter.
Raja scored 19 (4-for-7 on 3-point shooting…Raja is back !), Stoudemire scored 19 points (12 rebounds as well for STAT) while Marion added 14 points.
It was a good win for the Suns since they were able to come back, late in the game, on the road, against a tough team at home. Don’t forget the Bucks are 11-7 at home this year.
The Suns are showing more energy and a better attitude - on both side of the court - lately.
It was also the first game of a very “concentrated” road trip (4 games in 6 days) and an early victory is always welcomed.
With the victory, the Suns (30-12) become the first team in the Western Conference to reach 30 wins in the 2007-08 NBA season.
No time to rest, as the Midwest road trip continues tonight (6 PM) in Minneapolis as the Suns play the Timbervolwes.

All that panic talk the past few weeks for nothing…37 points…I say that Steve’s flu symptoms are behind him.
Steve is fine…he’s just being Steve and passing the ball as well as I can remember. There’s no reason to panic, but for sure there’s enough to be concerned on the Suns
