Byrnes Off to a Good Start!
Eric Byrnes made his Cactus League debut in the Diamondbacks 7-5 loss to the Chicago White Sox today. He got a single in three at-bats, scored two runs, and stole a base. He was on base for Mark Reynolds’ 3-run homer. I couldn’t tell from the box score how he got on the other time to score that other run.
Brandon Webb pitched 2 scoreless innings despite flu symptoms.
