The Rockies beat the Padres 2-1 in 22 innings last night/this morning. This means that while the Diamondbacks were resting from their excursion to San Francisco, the Padres were expending lots of energy, after which they had to travel to Phoenix in an undoubtedly foul mood, having lost that game and the one before it.
Dan Haren should make their mood fouler tonight. <heh-heh-heh>
