Valley resident and IndyCar driver Danica Patrick will grace the cover of Sports Illustrated this week, and this time she doesn’t even have to wear a bikini! The racing world is still buzzing over Patrick becoming the first woman ever to win an Indy race, when she took the checkered flag at the Japan 300 back on April 20th.

Let’s hope the old SI jinx doesn’t rear it’s ugly head again, if only for Chuck Buckman’s sake. If you have no idea what that means, see the video below to see what happened at Indy last week.
