Have you ever wanted to get dating advice from a multi-million dollar NBA player?

Well you are in luck. In his blog
Channing Frye dispenses some knowledge for you the fans on how to make good with your lady:

Hey, I don't know how it is for guys with 9-5 regular jobs to deal with their girlfriends, but since I've been in this relationship (which has been some of the best months of my life) I've discovered something that has
really kept the both of us sane: DATE NIGHT.

Holy crap, guys. It's like holy water when the women start acting like attention vampires, which they do (and y'all still look cute when you get grumpy). It seriously is the best. One night a week go to a movie. Go do something with them. Go carts, batting cage; whatever she's into or the both of y'all can do together. Even dinner somewhere new.

Man, look, then whenever something goes wrong, just bring up the date night. Be like, "Baby, we had such a good DATE NIGHT. Let's just not argue."

I don't know what it does. It's like coolant to a radio active bomb.

But guys, I just wanted to pass on the knowledge to ya so that we can all live happy lives.

We're not sure that we would ever refer to a woman as an attention vampire (mostly out of fear) but apparently this strategy works for Channing (that or the millions of dollars oozing from his bank account).

The former Wildcat really knows how to woo the ladies. How about go carts and batting cages for romance. We're guessing with that strategy Channing is in no danger of breaking Wilt Chamberlain's record for scoring (on the court or in the bedroom).

Channing, if you are in need of advice from a professional athlete on dating may we suggest fellow former UofAer Lance Briggs? He seems like he must be doing something right (at least on the dating part).
