Padres front office share thoughts on ASU’s Jason Kipnis
Ever wonder what a Major League Baseball front office guy thinks about his clubs draft picks? Well you are in luck.
San Diego Padres front office assistant and former Los Angeles Dodgers general manager Paul DePodesta shared his thoughts on the drafting of ASU’s Jason Kipnis. The thoughts weren’t shared through conventional media or the teams website though.
DePodesta, in an act that would infuriate Buzz Bissinger, has started his own blog on blogspot (Yes Buzz just like the unclean masses do). The blog, entitled It Might Be Dangerous… You Go First, provides a very interesting look into his mind and the Padres front office. If Josh Byrnes and the D-Backs don’t already they should have it bookmarked for inside information.
Check out Paul’s thoughts on the ASU outfielder Jason Kipnis and the rest of his musings here.
