Conditioning Day
Tomorrow is the big day, the first day of training camp practice. Yesterday, players and coaches reported to Flagstaff for a month-long camp. Today is conditioning day for the Cardinals players. Coach Ken Whisenhunt puts his players through a conditioning test on the day prior to camp opening. This is a great idea, espeically given the altitude of camp, at 7,000 feet.
It is nice to see only four players who will not be there, three of whom are on the Physically Unable to Perform list and the other, first round pick Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. Darnell Dockett sounds ready to go and Anquan Boldin is hiding from the media, however has reported on time.
Are you ready for some Cardinals football? I’m excited. Hopefully the rest of you are as well. Day 1 of camp is tomorrow. I will be making a trip up to Flagstaff to watch in person next weekend.
Go Cards!
