The Diamondbacks just lost today’s game with the Dodgers, meaning that they split the four-game series with their closest rivals in the NL Worst — I mean West. So they leave as they came in, a game up. And perhaps grateful that Manny Ramirez wasn’t traded in time to appear in the first game.
Man-Ram went 4-5 with a homer and 3 RBI today. In his first three games as a Dodger, he went 8-13 with 2 homers and 5 RBI.
