Interesting post by Buster Olney today over on ESPN.com. He seems to feel the Diamondbacks may not be done dealing and offers up a few possibilities of who they might pick up to help at second base.
[Orlando Hudson]’s out for the season after dislocating his left wrist. Sad news about someone who absolutely loves to play the game. Susan Slusser speculates within this piece about whether the D-backs might call Oakland about Mark Ellis; another name I’ve heard mentioned as a possible fill-in is Jamey Carroll of the Indians, although as of Monday morning, a conversation between the D-backs and Indians hadn’t taken place.
Olney also gives some analysis on the Adam Dunn trade in the same piece.
