For weeks now, we here in Arizona have been listening as everyday a new Super Bowl XLII party or event is announced and tickets have gone on sale. If you are a local, you benefit, if you are traveling in from out of town, you may want to see if you can get in on some of the action! You can check out these stations when you get here, or listen online before you arrive!

Here are a couple big stations and some of the Super Bowl fun they are promoting or giving away:

101.5 Jams AZ
My personal favorite- love it! They have so many events and parties, they are calling themselves your hook up to the Super Bowl parties. They are not kidding. KISS FM 104.7
KISS FM, another popular Valley radio station also has several Super Bowl XLII party hook ups, including Jordin Sparks’ super party, 944 Super Village, Apple Bottom Fashion Show and party, Matt Williams concert, the Snooper Bowl, and the Diddy after-the-game official party.

The 6th annual Snoop Bowl will be taking place on February 2, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. The annual game, hosted by Snoop Dogg himself, will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Matt Leinart Foundation (www.mattleinartfoundation.org). The game will be held at Hamilton High School in Chandler, AZ. After researching other Super Bowl sites, I realized there was not a whole lot of really useful information for football fans, locals, or those who may be traveling here to Arizona for NFL games, the BCS Fiesta Bowl and/or Super Bowl XLII. I decided to create a site that I would want to check out, full of information from locals about the area and what is going on here, for NFL games or Super Bowl XLII, so AZ Super Bowl Blog was born.
