Bodog Sportsbook has released it's updated odds for several NFL issues, including who will win the 2008 NFL MVP. Quarterback Kurt Warner of the Arizona Cardinals is currently atop the list of candidates, and is an 8 to 5 favorite to win his 3rd MVP.
