In return, the Sens will receive a 5th round pick in next year's NHL Entry Draft. McGrattan posted 3 assists and 46 penalty minutes for the Senators last season.

The Phoenix Coyotes have acquired center Olli Jokinen from Florida. In return the Coyotes sent defensemen Keith Ballard, Nick Boynton and a 2nd round pick (49th) to Florida. Jokinen had 34 goals, 37 assists in 82 games while earning $5.2 million with Florida last season.
